To ensure the freshness of your order, please note some important information:

• We lock-in the freshness of the food by flash-freezing it and shipping it over dry ice in environmentally-friendly insulated packaging. The box and thermal package are both recyclable.
• Please make every attempt possible to be at home to receive our package. Our food is perishable and needs to be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt.
• If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at your front door.

sales tax

All California orders are subject to California sales tax based on your shipping address. No sales tax will be added to orders shipped outside of the State of California. Gift cards are not subject to sales tax.

In Southern California and certain Nevada zip codes (see list below for standard rate zip codes), food deliveries are handled by FedEx Home Delivery and will arrive within 24 -30 hours of shipping.

Standard Shipping & Handling rates: 01 - 10 units: $7.99
11 - 20 units: $9.99
21 - 30 units: $15.99
31 - 40 units: $19.99
41 + units: $29.99

All orders shipped to zip codes outside of Southern California (see list below for zip codes covered in the Southern California) will be charged for shipping based on FedEx Next Day Air rates. Your rate will be calculated during the shipping portion of the checkout process.

Gift Cards will be delivered via US Postal Service. Shipping for Gift Cards is free.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, in cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e. heat and/or cold), pomme bébé reserves the right to delay shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival. You will be contacted either via email or phone and informed in case the delivery schedule has been changed.
